guys help me here so i can prepare myself to my scheduled psyche exam next year,, what should i do? what kind of exam is that, a question and answer portion? or a written exam? pls help im really getting nervous everyday!

I imagine it depends on the country and the reason?

Are you the beneficiary? Have you been under a doctor's care continuously? Were you referred after your medical exam? What country are you from? There have been beneficiary's that have been referred for a psyhological/psychiatric assessment based on questions asked at their medical, or a doctor at their medical seeing marks on a persons wrists, and this has involved in about a half hour interview, and that assessor basically writing a letter to the Embassy/Consulate saying you're either "fit" for immigration or not. If you're under a doctor's care right now, and you're going through the immigration process, get them to write you a letter so that you can bring it to your medical. Being depressed, or having a mental illness does not preclude you from immigration. Being a danger to yourself or others might.

We really need some other information to accurately reply.
