I just checked my e-mail and found out my petition was approved....I sent my fiance

• copy of the I-129F
• affadavit of support
• evidence of ongoing relationship

anything else....any advice would be helpful...thanx

Prepare for the interview...and get the docs in order you will need to send, like the AS...read the guide, it will instruct you fully. other than that..sit back and wait for the interview.

You might want to add an updated letter of intent to the list, virtually the same as the one for the petition but with a later date

whats an updated letter of intent?

the same one we sent but just a most recent date? my interview is on the 7th of january.
