Thanks to everyone that has sent me notes and words of encouragement since my posting last night. I'm very grateful.

I need advice from those with experience at the US Embassy in Accra regarding K-3. My I-129F was sent to Accra from NVC on November 13, 2008, since then, we have been waiting for a letter to pick up the packages (3&4). I called there and e-mailed the Embassy on several occasions and yet to get a reply. What has been people's experiences and what can we do to get the packages and interview date.

Someone told me a scary story that sometimes they will give you several months of interview date ahead and when you pay the staff working there, they can change it for you to an earlier date. Any advice? Thanks.
