I'm soooooooooooooo glad you all liked them so much :):):) I'm grinning from ear to ear at all of your sweet comments!! Thanks for letting me know what you think :) I was nervous coz I knew I thought they were awesome but didn't know how well they'd go over outside my personal thoughts lol.

I honestly don't expect any compensation for shipping. I can't stop you if you choose to send it but I'd rather you all just enjoy the books. That would be compensation enough for me :)

take the return payment amounts however big or small, add them together and get something from you MENA friends for your new house, a memory in the making :thumbs:

I got mine today (may have been in my mailbox for a couple of days :blush: ) and it looks great! I've been sitting here flipping through it. I love that it's spiral bound to lay flat. My husband is going to enjoy it too. Thank you for all your hard work on this, Amal. Excellent job.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

LMAOOOO it was my evil plan from the beginning to make aymerlu have to cook more muwahahahaha :devil::whistle: hehehe I'm glad you like it though :blush:

went to the arab/indian store and got some of the "different" spices and flours.... i am trying to lose weight... but gotta try these recipes :)

Eating these foods whilst in the midst of losing weight is not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of them are megga veggies with a little bit of meat....

Noura and I were talking about making another one like..."sultan's kitchen, light and tasty" so we could have the chefs of the group sift thru the recipes and see how many calories and fat they can remove while leaving them tasty and filling .......

8/20/08 -------> Mailed N-400 to TSC

8/21/08 -------> N-400 rec'd by TSC @ 10:42 am signed for by C Maxa

8/26/08 -------> Check cashed

8/28/08 -------> Called USCIS was told biometrics scheduled for Sept 12 @ 3 pm

9/02/08 -------> Received NOA 1 showing receipt date as August 22, 2008

9/02/08 -------> Received bio appt by snail mail verifying scheduled date as 9/12 @ 3 pm

9/12/08 -------> Fingerprints taken

12/16/08------> Interview @ 10:05 am [PASSED]; OAth given at 2 pm
