Go Narina!

I think I will be frozen for a moment, as my heart greets my stomache..then lots of yelling..followed by some tears..followed by a "YA GUY..eat it Vermont!!!"

Then i'll call my husband who will lllalalalaaleeeeesh and yell HUMDUALLAH like a mad man

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Jeez you know what I do not understand............

OBVIOUSLY... VSC isnt making progress why not reassign the states so that less states send petitions to this service center. Other options could included allowing ANYWHERE SOMEWHERE to process K visas. There is no reason for CSC to be processing NOA2 from AUGUST applications and VSC still hasnt finished MARCH. It seems as if we have a gross lack of motivation somewhere. Im frustrated and I havent even begun waiting. Thanks for this pity party feeling like I need it today.

Maybe we should propose a list of suggestions to fix the service centers and send it to anyone who will pay attention. I dont want to wait another YEAR to be together because of a backlog that SHOULD NOT EXIST.

ahhh think I am done.

Sorry Courtney...you're stuck with us "leftovers" for the next God knows how many months. Hopefully our loving little group with grow on you.

We have all contacted our congressmen and senators. I don't think there is anyone who hasn't done so yet.

VSC is accountable to no one. No one can answer the million dollar question: "Why so long?"

I have only love for all the lucky people who get to file with CSC. However, it's not fair to have such a big difference in wait time. They should just distribute applications evenly each month to all the service centers...so that all centers can have the same processing times.

But that would make sense...and someone told me that government beauracracies never do what makes sense!

Government entity and rational sense?

Courtney,

maybe by the time you file, it will be CSC that will be lagging....there is a pattern back n forth i guess
