lol @ jundp.

Did you guys start late today? Apparently a lot of school districts were going to, said NPR.

Yeah. 2 hour late even though we didn't need to. I'm really irritated too b/c I have SO MUCH work to get in before the semester ends. Though I keep the same students semester 2, they all switch class periods b/c of their social justice classes, which means I can't carry anything over to the next semester. Grrrrr....

Life is good. At home, on the sofa, with Pedro, Pizza ordered and watching Black Books. I am perfectly happy right now.

I had pizza for lunch. I even snuck a piece in a napkin into my pocket book. Oh the joys of carrying a huge pocket book. Now I have a snack for later.

1. Julia I read that as "wearing black boots" and couldn't figure out where they fit into the scenario

2. Booty....yay for appetite! And also, Patrick and I went out to eat the other night and he made me sneak an orange into my purse from the salad bar...even though we have a bowl full of them at home....because he'd already paid for it.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
