because it's not a diet that restricts food, i get all the nutrients i get from it, it's the healthiest diet there is. what it is pretty much is just a change on what i eat, cut down on the bad refined carbs, eat good lean protein, etc.

oh yeah I saw. i just leave mine plain. no designs for me. mine need to be filled but i'm going to wait a few more days. the lady put white tips instead of the pearly ones when i got a new set. i want them to grow out enough that i don't have these ugly azz tips

i have white tips now. i guess i will let them grow out and then get clear ones. although i kinda liked the white ones.
