I am debating what to make for dinner. I have a freezer and a half full of meat, and to be honest it is a little overwhelming.

Also have discovered Jon and Kate plus 8, I am in awe of those parents.

That's a lot of freaking meat! What would they do it the power went out and it all went bad? :o

I don't know, mind you the power has gone out, but it has always been during winter so its probably colder than the freezer. And as one is in the basement and the other is on the porch I think it wouldn't be a problem. See the thing is being farmers our meat is actually a whole cow, whole pig, whole sheep, only chicken do I actually buy.

I have heard people say I could eat a whole cow. I don't think they have an idea what that actually entails.

Unless the Camaro has a backseat I suggest getting a new car. Seriously. Don't put the baby in the front seat....

OK, I have procrastinated enough. I have graded 4 portfolios (5 papers in each portfolio) and I have 97 left. Plus 102 scrapbook projects....Since we're all going ice skating in an hour I suppose I need to get a move on. Grrr....why do I a) assign so much work and B) procrastinate?!

oks. Ground meat + cream soup (mushroom, celery, corn) over pasta. luvzit.

I'm stealing that, sounds like something John would love. I try to dumb down the names of what I make, cause then he loves it. Example Osso Bucco = Italian stew Risotto=Rice Stew (see the connection)
