Afternoon all from the freezing cold of Michigan, I arrived safe yesterday, the flight was even 45 mins early. John's mum went all out and we had turkey dinner waiting for us.

She also bought me some lovely bedding. I really love high thread count sheets, I know they cost a lot but they last for forever and feel so good. So she gave me 600 Thread count sheet set in pale blue and then bought a conforter set to match.

The iriony being I gave her a Scottish lambswool blanket. Her Daughter gave her a blanket she made, kind of like Jen's. Its a blanket kind of year.

The bad news is the drains are blocked up, so John his dad and best mate have been digging the pipes up, 3 foot of snow, then the dirt etc etc etc. Turns out we need to get the septic drained!!!!!!!

Morning everyone. I stayed up way too late watching Lost and I've already turned it back on.

why the hell is everyone getting shot over and over? will they ever run out of bullets? I thought they only had 100

Just thought I drop by to say HI everybody. Hope everyone has had a very nice and memorable Christmas and the rest of the holidays. I am at work and now it is starting to snow like crazy outside.

#1 Never got it #2 extremely long #3 my ex made me watch it instead of spending time with the rest of the people on Sunday :angry: (It's a big thing in Argentina to get together with the family on Sunday and have a BBQ and all that)

Hi Mel, glad you made it ok!

Caro: I don't like Lost either....I watched the first season b/c the little brother of an old friend was on it and I wanted to be supportive :) since I remember him when he was but a curly-headed babe causing a ruckus when we'd go to her house. After he was killed off, I stopped watching. Just never got into it.

It's been snowing/raining off and on all morning. P and I stayed awake till 4 and slept till 11...I suppose we should get a move on because the kids will be back at 4 and we're taking them to the Nutcracker tonight. I also seriously need to grade projects but I'm trying to be lazy.
