I've never worked in a place that was "kid friendly". On Sunday brunch we sometimes had kids. One time I made meringue snowmen for display and this fat kid took them and ate them even though I told him they weren't edible...I had sprayed them with stuff to keep them fresh...then as soon as I walked away to get something the fat kid and this fat old lady took all of them. I hope they got really sick! I only told them like 10 times they weren't edible.

We're pretty kid friendly although I can't understand WHY people bring their kids in. We're really expensive (for a small town - average price is $20 for an entree) and when they order for the kids they'll order chicken tenders (the only thing on there for kids really). They might as well save themselves some bucks and go to McDs!

I mean the rest of our menu is stuff like sea bass, filet mignon and salmon dishes.

We do some pretty good baby back ribs - we've had people come by from NY and Chicago who say they're the best they've ever tasted. We have an excellent chef though - he cooks the best steak, in fact, he's the only person who has cooked a steak that is perfect for me.

And he's always p!ssed so is a great laugh!

Yay, for episode 13 of Lost! It's a Sawyer one!

Drunk chefs are my favorite...they make work so much more fun!

I agree! :D

Completely off topic - I think I've pulled a muscle in my butt. My left buttock keeps hurting. Ouchie!

I've done that before and I just do a lot of butt stretching or get someone to rub the pain away

I used to wear Lauren when I was younger. I wonder if they still make that?

Merry Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas!!!!

My gift arrives in 3 hours.

My flat still looks like after a drug raid, so I might have to start tidying it soon.

I am so excited!

Yay! And oh yeah it's Christmas for you! Crazy Germans and Christmas on the 24th :) So Julia, do you observe the tradition where you don't decorate the tree until right before church and you keep the tree and presents in a locked room? I suppose since Pedro is your gift he won't be locked in another room

Hello All

I am 6 hours and 42 mins from the end of the day and the beginning of my holiday 26 hours from flying out, and finally 34 hours and 53 mins from arriving.

Gosh I love numbers.

Hey Julia has Christmas arrived yet? Oh wait I just realised I'm an hour early.
