it asks for cashew nut flour, i've never even heard of that in brazil. must be a northeast thing

Well... maybe that was the problem :D I tried to blend the cashew nuts in the blender to make the flour:D have you ever tried to blend nuts in a blender? it's a funny experience :D

we're redoing the bathroom because for some reason water kept getting all over the floor so we had to do something

i've blended peanut and it becomes butter if i blend too much, otherwise is kinf of a moist flour

chicken and beef a milanesa are very common in brazil. i particularly don't love it, the only one i love is banana a milanesam yummy.

I love chicken milanesa - my husband loves beef, I'll eat it but I'm not too fond of it. I really love milanesa de mozzarella...now, that rocks!
