Does anyone have those days, when you just feel BLAH!, and all you want to do is crawl under the comforter in a foetal postion and not come out.?. Mind you it's for no real reason,....just feels like life is catching up with you, and you dont really wanna deal with it?

these girls sitting around me are freaking hilarious. they're hicks and calling each other "overly obese" and saying "you need to lose like 50lbs" but they're like 90lbs MAYBE

eta: oh and they're eating these really massive taco salads in those fried tortilla bowl thingies

Sweetie pie... I worry about you. Have you talked to a doc about this yet? It very well could be depression hermana, and i would hate it if you didn't get it treated. Trust me on this one babe.

I agree with Sister Len on this one - depression sucks and you might not be able to pinpoint the cause to any one thing. Mine is just because I'm preggers and in my last trimester and I'm feeling like a beluga whale.

argh, i have to vent. my day wasn't good as it was already then i come to work to a b!tch co-worker. She started having problems with me this year. I think maybe because she's been dieting hardcore (like eating 1000 cal a days only for over a month) she became a major bi!tch (And there's truth behind dieting x bitatching).

It started with her becoming more confident on how much we are ''friends'' and like each other so she started telling me when i was pissing her off. First, our job is different, she's the admin and i'm the CYMS Tech. We do mostly of the same things, but i have tasks that she doesnt, mostly when it comes to the system and applying fees and fixing someone's account, financial stuff etc. There is only 1 thing that only she does, that is not ''my job'' that is related with the children's meals.

So i don't do anythign about that, and also, when they have field trips, she has always filed and taken care of the paperwork for that, so i was letting everything for her to file, the same way she lets everything that is my job for me to do.

So it started with her going like '' it pisses me off that you let me do all the field trip filing, you can do that'' and i was like, i just thought that was something that u did, that's why i never filed, but ok, i'll file from now on. then about the shredder and how i never shred, well, i do a lot of shredding but somedays i am busy and i don't have time for that so i leave them there, and she was thinking that i didn't do it and left for her to do it, no, i just didn't have time that day (like if it's almost time for me to go and i'm busy with parents), i'll do on the next day.

Now we were told that we need to re-do all the children's files. to a specific color folder, specific papers separating this and that document, etc. Lots of the documents we never had, so we had to get them from the central registration.

My co-worker was in charge of going there and making the copies of all files and i was in charge of redoing all the 150 files and checking what's missing. So i did that, i also satrted a spreadsheet to keep track of what we have and what we still need. It turns out that they are inspecting us next week and we still need a lot of stuff.

So i asked her yesterday if she could be here in the afternoon when the parents come just to sit in a desk and ask them for whatever they are missing. she agreed.

Today i come to work and she's like ''some of the things you think we need from the parents we already have.'' and she was all mad and she said we are not communicating and she scheduled a meeting with my boss. I was like ok. then she was like i won't be coming here to ask the parents for what's missing.

Anyway, i really cannot stop all the parents and do that on those 2 hours they're here picking up the children, because i have other stuff to do, it's the same time i receive payments, i do my financial reports and i have to keep track of who's leaving and answering calls, and doing enrollments, and i'm only 1.

So i think she just doesnt want to come and ask the parents for that, fine. even though she only made the copies and i was the one redoing all the files.. but i'm only human, i had to redo 150 files with over 20 different documents in each, check for signatures, doctor's signature, information etc in a very short period of time, and i've been working extra hours for that. if she has a problem that she's been finding paperwork in their files that i missed and they don't need, she should just check on my spreadhseet that they already have it. Or better, she should go through the files and check if all the documents i think is missing are really missing. she's done with the copying a week ago and every day i keep doing more and more filing. why not help me instead of b!tching about how am i missing things and that she won't come help me ask parents because they already have the documents and setting a meeting with my boss. that really pissed me off.
