Hey kids!

The European numbnut has another English question. I have to put a price information on a service hotline (required by German law), but the text is in English so I have to translate it. It's €0,06 per call if you call from a landline hosted by a German provider. The mobile phone charges vary.

So the information says: €0,06 per call from a landline by Deutsche Telekom, cellular phone charges vary.

The issue in this sentence for the other is "by". They suggest "of". This will be on our corporate website and all, so I just want to be sure it's correct. Any idea? Suggestions?

Maybe I should go to an English grammar forum and leave you alone with my bs.
