Booty, drink prune juice, that should sort you out. Or a pint of cold fresh buttermilk on an empty stomach in the morning. Or Sauerkraut juice.

Jen - congrats on P's GC! That is very cool.

Two more days and it's the weekend. Friday night I am invited to a dinner party, that should be nice. Oh and I signed up to two photography workshops today, one for portrait photography, one for food photograpy. Maybe Mel lets me take pictures of her wedding, if I am good enough. :luv: That woud be awesome!

I'm good. I'm finally getting over the m/s but now I'm (TMI alert) constipated. I hate being constipated. I keep drinking water and any other drink I can get my hands on but still can't seem to get enough to help the situation. It's really starting to annoy me.

so now we can officially say booty is full of...........

:P

:luv:

Yes, I am!  The thing is, nothing annoys me more than not being able to go to the bathroom. It's one of my OCD issues. I like to go once a day, at least. If I don't, it starts stressing me out.

Girl, it's time to up your fiber intake - big time! It will help. I hope you feel better. Before I was pregnant, I was so regular that I went after every meal. Just like a baby! :innocent::whistle:

I know but I can't think of anything that has fiber in it. I eat oatmeal for breakfast every day. I usually eat an apple or an orange. I eat carrots. I drink plenty of liquids. I don't know what else to add to my diet. Like I said, I'm not a big fruit and veggie eater.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

OK - well if you like oatmeal, Quaker Oats just came out with a high-fiber oatmeal with 10grams of DF. Awesome!!! Nature's Own makes a high-fiber bread with 7 grams of DF in each slice. Thomas' English muffins makes a high fiber english muffin with 8 grams of fiber. So you see, it's not impossible to get this into your diet. Furthermore, just say "Viva Mexico" and eat up the frijoles.

AJ you can be our IT geek if you like :luv:

Jodes, what's up? Were they out of TimTams at Target?? :jest:

NAh, not about the TIM TAM's...

New Military policy comes into effect immediately in relation to certain types of pets/dogs you are allowed to own on base.

And wouldn't you know it,..we have one of those breeds of dogs that are now considered banned.

They have labelled dogs that are deemed agressively behaved. The only problem is, our dog is so not how they are labelled, in fact she's the freaking opposite. She licks you to death,..and loves being around the cat. She snuggles up with you,...all the things she is technically not supposed to do according to her breed description. She has been trained to sit, lay down, crawl,, do a high five with you,..and I even recently trained her to ring a bell when she wants to go potty. She is super playful around all dogs,..even the great dane up the road wets himself when he sees her, becasue all she wants to do is jump, and play,.... She was socialised from birth by the breeder.

She does not have an aggressive bone in her body.

But no,....instead of temperament testing animals on a individual basis, they just decide to ban the breeds period.

I am sorry, but a dog, only behaves the way you train it to behave, and the dog mimmicks its pack leaders behaviour.

we DO NOT have an aggressive animal.

Luckily, we have a slight reprieve. If you had one of those animals prior to todays date, and you live on base, you can keep the animal until such times you have a complaint about your animal. Or until it is time to move again. When we move next time, we have no option but to live off base. which we have kind of planned on anyways, but that's not the freaking point.

Not every animal is tarred with the same brush. IT is an ARMY WIDE policy unfortunately...*sigh*. But I still think I am going to send an email to the base commander, suggesting a case by case temperament test. Maybe he will consider it, and take it higher up for consideration. I know the chances are minimal, but you dont know until you try, right?

Any thoughts?,..Charles,..I would appreciate your input,...

ok,..rant over....

Sweet! See, I had no idea because I haven't been to the grocery store in about a month. I've been giving Javi a list and he's been going. I just haven't had the energy to go. I'll have to muster some up the next trip and go with him. Hopefully those things will help. I love english muffins. I usually eat a couple of pieces of bread a week too so having the high fiber bread would also help. I'll definitely work on the beans issue too.

if it's an army wide policy, i don't see the base commander having any leeway. i'll look and see if i can find this new reg.

Crazy isn't it?! Sean has been practicing driving the past few weeks because he gets his 'real' license next month and he was pretty freaked out about the fog.
