they say when it's your first pregnancy it takes longer. books say it's after 20 weeks. i dont know if for you it would count as first pregnancy, but i don't think u should start freaking out until you're like 22 weeks, still, some women don't feel until way later than that.

That is exactly what my doctor told me. So I'll just be patiently waiting. I'm having some mild cramping this morning but am thinking it's from me being so sick yesterday. I called the doctor's office and, wouldn't you know it, today is the only day they are closed for training. I've never had to call them before. Just my luck.

they're supposed to have someone on call at all times. that's one thing i'm happy about the place i go, they have 4 doctors, i've seen 3 of them so far, and one of them is always available.

Well, that's how I thought my doctor's office worked. There are 4 of them as well. Someone is supposed to always be available whether it's a doctor or a nurse, just to answer questions. Apparently that doesn't go when they have training. I'm feeling better now. I really think I was just a little dehydrated. I didn't drink hardly anything yesterday and when I did I threw it back up. I've drank about 18 ounces of liquids so far this morning. Hopefully that will help.

hey booty how many weeks are u and when r u having the gender u/s?

I'll be 14 wks on Friday but according to my last u/s I was measuring 3 days ahead so I guess I'm already 14 wks if you go by that. I have the gender u/s on 2/12. Less than a month to go and I'll know what these little boogers are. At least I hope they both cooperate.

When did you start feeling the baby move? I'm a member of an infertility board and all there are about 6 other women within a week of me, either behind or ahead. They all swear they've felt their babies moving. I haven't felt a thing. I asked my doctor about it when I went last week and she said it was impossible to feel the baby/babies move this early. It's just freaking me out a little that I haven't felt them yet.

Booty - they are lying their azzes off. I didn't feel the baby move until probably the 23/24 week. You might feel it sooner with two in there competing. You are fine and if the docs are monitoring the heartbeats that's all you need to worry about.

All right I am trying not to panic. Somehow today I lost my police certificates.(Aus & UK) I was photocopying everything so I would have originals and duplicates When I got home to sort it all out I couldn't find them, I checked everywhere. Then I retraced my steps, street by street, store by store. I went back to the shop where I photocopied them. They tried to help me look, even going through the bins but they hadn't seen them and we couldn't find them.

So now I have run around town getting a Banker's draft in AUD and downloading new apps and then going back to the photocopying store, getting ID re-certified, gathering documentation and sending it off.

For the first time I am contemplating not wanting my interview date. This is going to take at least 4 weeks AT BEST. I am so sad, and I feel sick.

Life has not been on my side lately.
