These cheeses are moister and less acidic than other cheeses, providing a perfect environment for bacteria to grow. However, thorough cooking should kill any listeria, so it should be safe to eat these cheeses in cooked food. Before you eat it, though, make sure it has been properly cooked and is piping hot all the way through.

ugh, I am tired..... my commute home which usually takes 30 minutes or less took me over an hour... and our car has a little problem with overheating sometimes and it choose today to act up so I had to sit in the car with all the windows open and the heat blaring ... double ugh...

I suggest making Matilda some nice pot brownies and then hinting you think you should drug test the staff
