Hi All,

I just had my wife's NOA2 approvals a cpl of weeks ago for a K-3 visa. Now the problem is the US Embassy sent her a packet (3 or 3.5 not sure) and my wife said she doesnt understand one of the requirements, which is you have to submit 2 forms for DS156? Does anybody know what that means? Does that mean, we just have to submit the DS156 and a copy of it?? or does that mean we also have to submit a DS156k, even though the packet made no mention of the DS 156k? Please help!!!!!! And if you know what all the required documents are to send to the embassy please let me know.. Thank you very much!!!!!

Hi Nbhagat, I'm not sure, but I think you are just doing a fiancee visa right? Cuz if its a fiancee visa, then i understand you have to submit the DS156K sheet, but we are doing the K-3 visa (marriage) and only one form of DS156 was sent and the packet said they need 2 forms of DS156 (didnt specify ds156k).
