LOL! Yes, it's true. I spent 6 months here just to make sure this is what we wanted to do, and during that time applied for the K1. I got my EAD in March, and it has taken me until now to get a good job....

I LOVED the long holiday. I will miss it. :(

That really is awesome- I am sooooo mega jealous!!!! The Jane Goodal Institute is fantastic- im sure you will have a ball there :)

My partner and I are setting up our own non-profit Primate Sanctuary in a few years down the line- so with the link to Primates and stuff- keep a look out for us!! :D

How interesting that there are so many others who are also interested in this field! :) Lauraxmarie, I'm sure I'll be hearing about you and your work very soon, sounds wonderful!

I am still so excited. :D The organization is so well respected and the people are terrific, so I know I will love working there. The only thing I won't like is the long commute, but at least I will get lots of reading done on the train.

It has been so long since I've worked I hope I don't forget EVERYTHING! :unsure: The magnitute of what I will have to accomplish is starting to hit me.
