i think he does have some good advice sometimes.... he tells it like it is, he doesn't sugar coat stuff

Marilyn, I agree.

I saw that particular episode....the man wanted his cake and eat it too, by calling it a fancy name. And I felt very sad for his wife -- I kept thinking "get a backbone and boot his butt out!"

I've known polyamorous families...one of the most basic tenets of the definition is that everyone's on the same page regarding the family structure and activities. So if one person isn't cool with what's going on (i.e. a wife who expects monogamy) then it's not truly polyamorous/polyfidelity.

Of course, it's pretty obvious that no one there or here was buying his line of cr@p. Nice try though.

I love Dr. Phil his advice is real and practical....very common sense that some don't seem to have.
