First off, the lie. They told us the same thing, but in reality they had it there for about a month. But you can ask them for what is called the "diplomatic pouch number. This can be traced in Washington, but it is a time consumming method.

Just because they said it doesn't mean that they did, it just means they don't want to deal with you. Push them.

Listen to M4E. I know of another girl on here who was told her file was gone when in reality it was still there. She knows because she got the case turned around and a second interview for her fiance. He is now here. BTW are you on a K1 or K3? I thought you posted K1 in your oher thread but here you said Husband.

Kiyah is hard to reach, and i dont think Chi comes on much any more but keep trying Kiyah. Since they are saying it is returned now send a email or call if you can get thru and ask for the POUCH NUMBER, if they give it to you it prob is gone, mine left about a week or so. THere is a number you can call to find out IF the pouch has arrived but that is all they will tell you as this person is only in charge of passing them on down the line. Being married im not sure of the process then, since it wont just be allowed to expire as the K1 sometimes are. Call your congressperson or go in person, try more than one rep> If it is returned sorry to say your in for a wait, try until the last minute to keep it there,
