My wife has received an appointment date of Dec 30 in Atlanta for her biometrics.

My question is; Does this mean that her AOS has been approved or is it likely that

she will still need to appear for a interview for the AOSat a later date?

Documents for AOS, EAD and AP all sent Nov 25, received NAO for these on Dec 15.

biometrics is merely a step in the process... AOS cannot be approved without it... it is not an indication of approval

YMMV

NOPE, all biometrics is to get a picture, signature, and fingerprints. NOTHING MORE.

Time to update profile you are AOS Pending, NOT K-1 http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01
