Things has been good with me ever since 've being given a shelter to stay now [ If I was told 'll end up in shelter from home, 'll deny it ,lol ] 've being able to reach my manager, coach-mates, family, and all I need to do now is follow up the step the IMMIGRATIONS here told me cos withought them and the DSS, I would be home now, I can't go back home cos 've already quit my coaching job [ rugby ] before coming down. All I needed now is courage and motivations which have being getting from YOU ALL. 'll sure keep you all updated and ofcourse she can't reach me on phone cos she never wants me to use one and the day she bought me a phone was AUGUST 06TH. and I thought it's all mine but never known she ordered for it in one of her husband name and controls it and have the access pin code until the day I tried to load in some minutes I detected all . I have my own personal phone that I was able to bought myself and control while I eneded up sleeping on the street out there in NEWPORT based on the fact that her [ one of ]ex husband wanted her and her two sons to come down cos of a better job down there, this night was terrible that I eneded up on the street of nowhere while they were picked up by her older sons girlfriend from RHODE ISLAND. [ She has already introduced this man to me on phone despite her fumbles that she has nothing to do with them all, and this man also came down from NPORT to NYORK in ALBANY [ TROY at the time ]. With some helpful hands of NIGERIANS out there in NPORT I was able to get myself back to NY and bough a phone from the money given to me at the time. There are many cases with this woman with her dirty games and am happy to be alive before it's too late. Ofcourse 'll make it here, 've heard from the sources and all I need it's head UP. I put in my name so you all can be of good help and understand my fellow being and 'm seizing this to say to everyone out there that God/Allah will continue to be your STRENGHT. 'm Ok and sound, knowing it takes patience.

Infact it's my first time of going through all these and to be real with you. I came into the STATE [uS] on May this year and things never been the same it was when she visited me in Nigeria. 'm a rugby coach back home before I quit and came down and ofcourse she don't want me to pay the tickect and she did, now 'm thinking maybe that's why 'm going through these.

Ever since I was here, she's been complaining that 'm not eating what she cook but this shouldn't be harsh on me cos most of my foods back home was rejected by her and she called it ''horrible'' . Sure we got married in June and she used to keep my letters away from me saying that '' it's all junked, after all she paid for my ticket to be here '' she never allows me to talk to my manager or friends back home, I hardly spoke with my family back home [ parents ] I can't respond back if anybody says ''hi'' to me cos she'll be mad. She said it to my face that '' If you think in anyway you're getting your paper file , you're just wasting your time '' and she later says it's because she was angry that 'm not holding her or talking [ we're at the greyhound bus station in Virginia at the time ].

No stable place, we're just traveling around and besides 've travelled more than people that has live here for twenty years!

've being to Virginia from here [ New York ]. Virginia to Maine [ at motel 6 with her two sons '' keith-22yrs/Dylan-17yrs '' back to Portland in motel 6 and we ended up at her ex husband cos they all said [ mother & sons ] '' this is not their father '' there's a good job and I moved with them. We ended up sending out of his house though I figures some kind of game between them. I was helped with transport by some Nigerians down there and able to buy my own phone cos despite keith telling her I needed a phone, she never respond until August 06th,2008. And I got kicked out on August 15th cos I called my own mother back home [ $2.00 international call ] As of now, 'm in shelter [ Many story to say ] 've being to DSS and they put me here [ for two weeks, since Dec. 5th friday till 19th friday ] .

I was at Immigration Office that friday and they asked me to write how we met and all, and I did. They felt sorry and said they're going to follow my case and b'cos of my situations, they printed out the forms I-360 [ AMERASIAN ] . Infact they gave me some lunch [ was shocked and I appreciate that ]. A lot to say, I keep going back based on her email sent to me saying things will be fine but it keep getting worsen.

And thank you for sharing your story, mostly we see the other side from the USC's perspective and this is a reminder that the foreign SO's also

have their side. Your wife obviously has abandoned you and mistreated you. Though your life here is currently much worse than in your home country where you had a good job, I believe things will look up for you again.

I think some parts must be missin from your story. Did your wife use a sponsor to file for you? It's situations like this when you just shake your head and think what about the love you both shared, and wonder if you married a stranger; didn't take time to get to know one another and how easily your both willing to throw your love away so suddenly according to you.

Sorry that you are having such a hard time. Are you still homeless? Where are you that you have access to a computer? Some part of your story is hard to figure out. Where is your wife now? We would love to hear her side of the story. You know they say its three sides to a story, his side, her side, and the truth. Not that I am trying to dampen your spirit but it seems that a lot of immigrant are using the I-360 to stay, accusing their spouse (USC) of abuse. I pray this is not what you are doing and building your case here on VJ. Are you trying to find a love interest on this website? What did you detect in the phone and what type of phone is it that you can detect a name? It gives the number but not the name. Are you saying you can't go back to Nigeria because you quit your coaching job? I am sure you can find something back home why stay here and suffer, go home to your family. You also said you were "happy to be alive" did she try to kill you, then you should have her arrested. Your story just isn't adding up, maybe you should try to get someone to interpret this for you. This is not up for debate. It should matter to you, do you know this man? I am curious just like the rest of us, I decided to ask question, thought that was my constitutional right. It's just questions that should be addressed, we are all strangers to each other. How many have actually met in person or do we just correspond online via VJ or email. This is an open forum, hence the name "Forum". Everyone has their own opinion, I adddressed mines. How do you intend to help him? He said he has his Nigerians friend that is assisting him. I am very curious to hear her side of the story. So many American have been victims of the "infamous I-360" at the hands of immigrant. I've read many stories on different forums regarding this form and the way that it is used against the USC. So don't attack me, I am stating my opinion.
