As far as I know, the only POE issuing the the temp EAD is JFK. Some of the field offices used to issue it, but those occurances are few and far between. However, if your fiance is entering on a K-1, they are already eligible to work for the first 90-days incidental to their status. Documentation for that is in the guides, if you need it for an employer.

Good luck!

Good luck getting an employer to hire you even with the 90 day stamp. The authorization is good for only 90 days. You'll use some of that time for a wedding, a honeymoon and getting an SSN. In most cases, it's not worth the trouble to hire somebody who they'll have to fire in a few weeks.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Do they (San Francisco Airport) issue a temporary 90 day work authorization for my fiance who is about to be arriving soon?
AFAIK,

How can he avail this?
Fly from Manila to JFK, connecting to a NYC-SFO flight.

Admittedly, this runs counter to my own ideology of clearing customs/immigration as close to final destination (or journey-startpoint) as possible.
