hello everyone my wife had her first appointment on sept. 4 2008, but her visa was denied and the consular officer told her she needed to bring more evidence to prove that our relatinship is genuine, so she told her to come back in aprox four months she gave us the Famous white paper what is it 221g I think, so we got another interview letter in the mail which is for january seven 2009. I have never lived with my wife, I met her Online, and I went to mexico to marry her, I visit her like 3 times a year. my evidence that the c.o requested is as follows, 600 pages of text, and phone calls. 40 pages of emails, 15 moneygram receipts, 215 photos of me and her. 65 pages of MSN messenger chat transcripts, 14 mail correspondences from me to her and her to me and family members. her 3 rings I bought her and her gold neclkace, receipts of the jewerly I bought her, LIFE Insurance Bennificiary correspondence, U.S Congressman Letter. the whole binder where I have all the evidence is 26 pounds in weight. plus we have a full photo album. Si, man -- if I were a consular officer anywhere except Guayaquil (Ecuador), I'd be convinced, too. You mention a binder; bear in mind that most consulates and embassies have Plexiglass separators between visitors and the consular personnel, and you may have to remove things from the binder to shove them under the Plexiglass. Posters who are personally familiar with Cd. Juarez can comment on this with authority, si man.

Evidence is not an issue of volume. It is an issue of duration and quality. For example, if the evidences were from the past 4 months after the interview, I would not be convinced. However, if stuff went back over years, then that is stronger. You are also advised to bring signed affidavits from your friends/family as well as hers. These provide strong evidence. Also, documentation from your trips to Mexico will most likely be requested. You should be ready to provide it.

All the Evidence I have Photos, Emails, Everything goes back to when we first met. 2 years ago. and some evidence Is recent. Am I going to see the same C.O that denied us in the first place. What Can I Do If they deny our visa again. Can I get a Attorney.
