Some people do get transferred to CSC after a long delay. If yours is not one of them, when your interview will be really depends on how backlogged your local office is. In the August filers thread, there are people who have already had their interviews (a few in late November and early December), others with interviews scheduled between this month and February, and others still waiting for their interview letters. You can check with other people going through the same local office as you to get a better idea. Factor in about a 2-to-3-week delay for your RFE as well.
