There is really nothing you can do but wait. Some wait upwards of 6 months for an approval (sad but true).

You just filed in September. Just be patient. I wouldn't start freaking out until a whole bunch of September filers were getting approved.

I would agree with you. I waited over a year to finally received my 10 yrs gc. I even posted my experience in my website.

Isn't there something we can all do as a whole to get them working and cranking these things out? There are so many of us! Any suggestions? I am really getting frustrated and I think it's wrong to keep so many apart from their loved ones while they work at a snails pace! :help:

Ditto! It is not humane to delay indefinitely the request of couples getting together. We are promoting "human right" in this great country. As a US citizen, I don't feel we (petitioners) have any right about this. There is no visibility about the progress / status. I am desperate and disappointed with the system. Any idea? Any one? :unsure:
