Hi guys!

I am starting to get worried coz mostly of Nov. AOS filers got their biometric appointment but today CRIS emailed us notifying that our case was transfered to CSC on Dec. 16,2008 but we never get biometric appointment as of today. Now are we in trouble or its a good news? Please any advice will be of big help.

Thank you!

Amy

I don't think it means you're in trouble. They are sending i-485's to CSC to "speed up processing". (CSC transfer is good as it usually means you will get green card without an interview, not guaranteed, but likely)

I don't think it's good news either that you didn't receive a biometrics appointment yet. Biometrics is required for everyone, so I'd probably try to call if I were you. Look at the EAD notice and there should be a phone# on there for asking questions. That's where I'd start.

3/5/11 sent LOC paperwork

3/9/11 date of NOA

?/?/?? biometrics appointment
