hello my sons were denied a visa to follow to join me they bec of laps of time and they are minors, i heard if my husband will file a new petiotion as stepson it would take time bec its already second time of application even if its not the same kind of petition is this true? does it affect if once denied? just lil worried about.... ty

It will definitely take time. But have you tried an appeal?

yes we tried an appeal, we wrote to the general inspector of embassy to review it and also we asked help from the congressman here in florida. but they are still minors, why should it take time ? just curious....thanks

yes we filed an appeal. we wrote to the genral inspector of the us embassy in Manila Philippines to review the case and also we wrote to the congressman here in Flrorida .. would this help? and how long would it take for them to reply our appeal? why does it takes time for them to get a visa when they are still minor age? please help so worried here now coz nobody could take care of my sons in Phil. right now ..what kind of petition should we do ?...ty
