FWIW. we live about 3 miles from Rick Warren's Saddleback Church....it's gianormous. The local stations interviewed members of the church during Prop. 8 and there are actually some gay and lesbian couples. The gay community may hold a common bond, but they vary widely in terms of their religious and political views.

I'm sure they do. I can't base a whole community's reaction to the Warren appointment by unreliable bloggers and forum members on the internet. Why that would be like making global assumptions based on weird You tube vids.
