I had registered in the uscis.gov site to get update when my case updated and I just got an e-mail saying this

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

On December 17, 2008, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Is this a good or bad thing?

I already had already called and checked with my BGT###### and they said my case completed on Nov27 2008..

You then need to call the USCIS and ask them what is going on. Tell them your petition was already approved on such and such date and give them the BGT # so they know. It's possible that they transferred someone else's petition and e-mailed you by mistake.

Have you called to see if you case has been assigned an interview? Maybe USCIS did make a mistake and emial you incorrectly. Check with NVC also on the Interview date dear.

Impossible to get a hold of them, Called everyday at almost everytime of the day and it says

'Please try calling back later'

Will try again today.

Super great news, I called and they said my case was transferred to CSC, but that was two weeks ago, that the e-mail is just very delayed.

They also said my appointment was scheduled for Jan 20th 2009 @7am!!

Only bad thing is missing Christmas with my family and another month here lol=[
