Hi everyone I am new to this site

I have a question; I just submitted my application to expedite my I-130 petition for my wife(F) on 1st of this month,

I called to expedite my i-130 claim to day based on medical reasons, and my wife being pregnant. I am disable Iraq war veteran, what proof do I need to provide, I talked to my doctor at the VA he said he needs some form of format to write the letter , that he has not written a request like that before.

Can any one give me an example of a format from the doctor to use?

And does the doctors letter has to have the VA log on top (letter headed)?

Does being a war veteran of the armed force of the United States of America help the application process in any way?

(I am a citizen and my wife is out side the USA)

I have been around the world, and when I looking into my mirror I see the people I have meet directly or indirectly, because everything someone does to day, changes who I will be tomorrow

They say life is short then why does it take so long to get the I-130 process done, that’s less time in life I could actually spend with the one I love, time that I could never make up for that is lost to the politics of men

They say knowledge comes form the North, East, South and West, but wisdom comes from above --father grant me the wisdom to over come this process

You can try, but I have yet to see an expedite for anything other than pursuant to military deployment. Pregnancy is not a medical reason for an expedite.

After five years working witth immigration over my wife's application and my status. Anything is possible but depends how you follow up with it.

Docotor should indicate what is the problem. You have to describe everything on a letter and use it as your front cover then have docotor(s) letters as support to what you have said in your letter. I did expedite and I know another friend which expedite his case almost on wife's pergnancy problems. You should write all the problems now and in the future.

I don't have any template to show you but you should follow up ASAP.

GOod Luck
