Did you file an I-129F after getting I-130 NOA1? If not then you are CR-1 visa process not K-3.

Sounds like the petition is on it's way to NVC for CR-1 process.

Start here to get an idea of what to do next: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...s%27s_Shortcuts

Your profile shows "Naturalization" but timeline and post sounds like you have filed for a Visa, you may want to change that confusing entry. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

:time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=45695 (May as well change to CR-1/IR-1 if you did not file an I-129F)

Still dont know if I-129F was sent in or not for the K-3, if not then it is too late to do K-3, you will be doing CR-1 which is the better and less expensive way to go.

yeah for some strange reason I did get transferred to CSC and i wrote my Senator a letter during the elections and i knew that she was going to win + she was part of homeland security so that was a + so she sent me a letter to have permission to gather my petition paper and then not even a week i got approved i should. what timing...

I thought just sent in a I-130 form and nothing else and people were telling me to send a I-129F but I was too lazy. I didn't know that there was a difference within price because when reading here i didn't need to pay for the additional I-129F. But just out of curiosity what is the price difference between K-3 and Cr-1
