NEXT STEP AFTER NOA1 FOR I-129F,HELPPP!!

Timeline

Hello VJ Friends,

We have received our NOA1 for I-129F, next step is waiting according to guide. While waiting for the next step what documents should i prepare and what is the quickest way not loose time for paper work? Waiting is killing us. Thanks for your help..

04/18/2006 Sent I-130 to Nebraska Service Center

04/20/2006 NSC received it

05/04/2006 Our check has been cashed

05/06/2006 Received NOA1

08/21/2006 I-130 APPROVED (APPROVED IN 108 DAYS)

I-129F

05/11/2006 Sent I-129F to Chicago USCIS

05/13/2006 USCIS received it.

05/19/2006 Received NOA1

07/03/2006 Received IMBRA RFE

08/03/2006 RECEIVED NOA2 (APPROVED IN 76 DAYS)

08/16/2006 NVC forwarded case to embassy

11/15/2006 Interview/Approved/ Visa granted

Well, you could update your timeline so we all know a little more about you. R U married? I have compiled all my original documents in one legal size folder to go with the two complete copies of my I-130 and I-129F. You, or your spouse/fiance will need the 'letter of employment' and affidavit of support. Its hard to tell what you need without a timeline. oh...and take a deeeeep breath, your doing everything you can do.

The best thing you could be doing right now as you only just begun is to read the guides on each process i.e, K3 & CR1/IR1, and prepare yourself :thumbs:

Amanda-England (Yorkshire)- Mark-USA(Michigan)

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009
