What should my fiance write as an answer for #18.) on DS-157

Specific travel arrangements should be made and disclosed or not?

Also,

how soon can my fiance fill all of these forms including the DS-156? We are expecting our NOA2 any day now, and I was thinking that maybe if he had the forms filled and printed ready to mail as soon as packet 3 came in, it would be a good idea. I am aware that at the time we get packet 3 I need to confirm that the forms are current and not outdated, but other than that, is there any harm in preparing these forms early? And especially what about the DS-156? It generates a bar code, so is that ok if done early with the rest of the forms that are down loadable from the USEM in London website?

Thanks in advance!

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

i'm not sure about how far in advance you can print them out. i would advise printing the forms off in advance and filling them out by hand so that you are prepared when you need to fill them out to return to the embassy. you'll have a bit of a wait between your case leaving nvc and receiving packet 3, that is when i did it. i hope you hear something soon. :)

We checked NO. This form would cover other visas too, so I think the suggested answer is NO for K1.

I don't think these forms are "dated" in any way, but I'm not looking at them right now. The barcode form just takes the data you fill in and makes it into a scanable form that they can quickly put in their electronic database. If there's not a date line on the form, then it probably isn't in the barcode. And I don't think a month or so early is a problem anyway. Just a guess on my part.
