I requested an expedite and was unapproved . I was told by many people a imminent military deployment warrants expedite. Now when I requested the expedite the uscis customer service guy said he could not even find my name in the system (just mailed the petition) and when the request was unapproved it came back with all the other name blocks unavailable . Could this be the reason for denial.. or is it just a flat at no................

From my understanding after they send you a denial they send you a document of why it was denied.

Did you ever receive a Notice of Action or a receipt number? If you just sent in the petition, you might not be in the system at this time.
