Thanks Krikit...a fancy schancy specialty coffee. Yummm...and I thought mine were decadent. Hee, hee.

Hey Emancipation, do just that.

Go back to bed, close your eyes, take some deep breaths (into and out of the belly and lungs), then imagine what you want to see happen today.

Then....

get up and do it!!!

Have a great day everyone.

do it do it do itttttttttt.

Morning every one. No meal replacement bar for me today! It is snowing and I've got some cappuccino with me here. mmmm.

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Morning everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful sleep last night!

For anyone that watches the africam and the djumi ride, they got the feed back up, so drives will be going on again.

No one can be upset whilst wearing a boa.

Ok, this is just silly. I just called TD bank in Canada to do a transaction and it was so easy and she was so nice it made me laugh!

On another note, I have just been looking for accomodation for my Sister and BIL and my Nephew as they have an opening in St. Louis tomorrow, so my Nephew will have his surgery then, they just called her an hour ago, so she is busy running around doing stuff. My BIL gets in from Hawaii at 4 pm today and they will then drive to St. Louis.

Oh and they are moving to Hawaii, which is great!
