Good morning all.

There are little tiny frogs in the front carport, they appeared last night. I mean tiny. They are cute but they need to move on to the swamp now or wherever little frogs live.

Well I suggested buying a box of golf balls too but my husband said no, that the shirts were fine.

I hate these lame holidays because they expect us to celerbate them and I understand I married into a family that has to make a big deal out of every hallmark occasion for selfish reasons but I just don't do mothers day or fathers day and never really started until I moved down here.

I mean when someone expects a gift and they expect it to be bought, it kind of takes the fun out of gifting.

Oops I'm venting... must. stop. now.

I only work for a half day today. That makes me happy! Happy place. Happy place.

Well, it is our 5th anniversary this Friday and we are going to a wedding of one of Joe's co-workers in Columbus, Georgia. I haven't been there yet so it will be new territory. We'll be touring Fort Benning on Saturday - my birthday (hehehhe) where Joe was stationed when he first moved to Georgia with the army. The weather is expected to be torrid though - nearing the 100 mark. Last night I don't think it got below 80 and the humidity is really high. It is a little bit overcast right now so that is stopping some of the sun's intensity. Ah, Georgia- summer has definitely arrived.

I'm doing my driver's test tomorrow...in my husband's beast of a car. I drive a Hyundai Accent. He has a Supercharged Monte Carlo sport something-or-other. The thing is so much longer than I'm used to so parallel parking it is awful. I'm going to practice tonight. I'm an obsessive worrier.

I'm probably a total nutcase but yesterday I went down to the licensing place and watched people do the maneuvering part of the test. A bit later I discretely followed one of the testers to see what roads they went down.

anyone know a cheap easy way to cut down a picture to 700 pixels by 150 pixels? I'm trying to use Piccasa exporter, but apparently I can control the 700 number but not the 150.. geesh

Well you have to keep the aspect ratio - so I am assuming that is why you are having trouble with the second part?

What I normally do (in photoshop) if I want a particular size, I will resize, using your example - to say 700 x say 250. Now that I have one measurement correct, I will crop 100 off the 250 end to make it 150.

bah.. so I can get 700 but when I go to get the 150 I have to cut the picture up.. it's like i need the whole photo to shrink first.. I'm a stunned bunny today.
