I'm confused, what is the piratesbay and why does Ewok not like it?

Without going to the site I'm assuming it's pirated software, given the conversation. It's a TOS violation to "Post any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party."

Oh I get it. Well Eman could always download adobe, that's free!!

You can only download the reader for free. You need a licensed full copy of the software package to edit or save documents.

the previously posted website offers distribution of legal freeware. I cannot control what other rubbish gets posted on that site. :innocent:

Ok so this was kind of funny. My Husband was talking to this guy from South Carolina and apparently there is a name for us (people living in Florida who want to move North) "halfbacks"

Zees are zee people that move from the North - get to Florida and find it too damn hot so they move a bit north :hehe:

Good morning! We got in a little late last night so we're dragging a bit today. We got defeated last night 9-3, but Gene and I had a fun time, as we always do when we attend games together! The weather went from 90 degrees on Tuesday to 61 yesterday, so watching the game was a delight weather wise! I won't be laughing in July or August when we go to our other games we have tickets for though, I'm sure. We went to a local pub for supper, yummers...and found out they had a free trolley to the game, so that was a nice surprise! We usually park about a half mile away from the game and walk so that we get free parking, but the trolley took us to the game and picked us up right outside the stadium!

Enjoy your day!

Totally unrelated - last night we go out to the patio and some big beetle type bug runs in to Mike and then hits me in the head - well I scream and bring my hand up and my ring gets caught on the chain I am wearing.

I woke up some time during the night as my chain was in the bed, the little circle part has come away. boo.

EWWWW!! I hate bugs. We get these june bug beetlely things in this weather, they are all over the place. Somehow they keep getting inside, and one landed on my head once while eating dinner last week. I screamed sooo loud. I bought this thing at Sears, it looks like a tennis racquet. You hit a button and swat the bug, it eletrocutes them on the spot. I know it sounds mean but I hope it's a quick death, I can't have these beetles in my home!

a six pack of beer and you got some good quality southern entertainment there. :hehe:

I could have gone to the Nats game tonight, but said no--hockey is on,lol plus I just cant watch ball. Love playing ball, but watching it is another thing--it is just too slow! lol And these tickets they have are right along 3rd baseline and each ticket comes with a $35 "voucher" use it for food/beer!! Tickets are from my wifes aunts work place. Awesome tickets she gets from her work--and they quite often go unused!!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Well, I can see why you wouldn't go if there was a ball game on, but you should seriously get the ball game tickets if you can go to one game. Live games are so much fun!

I find them extremely boring, lol I must have ADD. Their new stadium is top notch, but they sure are not getting the fans out to see it.
