Well, it rained really hard here yesterday - was it like that in Mt. Dora krikit?

Oh! I was going to ask you about that. We had a bunch of thunderstorms here. Did you get them? The sun finally peeped out around 5:00pm.

Yeah, same thing here, thunder etc - haven't really seen rain like that since last year - I guess it's summer!

Yep. Heading into the rainy season. Almost time for the hurricanes!

They did have a tornado watch for Geneva - I know this because they kept interrupting the television program I was watching <_<

For some reason I thought you worked for an engineering company.

I thought she worked for a church?

True that. You're a workplace whoreeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Is the case compelling?

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Very... he has some very very good legal council as well, so our hope is that this will be a clear case. I have no idea how the US system works, but pretty sure Canada would rubber stamp this case.

I just thought of something. Quite a few years ago (when my brother and I were living at home), my mom had bought "beaver fur pillows." I have no idea why. I think she thought they looked nice on the couch or whatever.

Anyway... my brother would often fall asleep on the couch and would rest his head on the beaver fur pillows. So one day my brother hadn't socialized much with us and when we went out to dinner, my mom asked what he's been up to. My brother responded: "I've had my face in beaver all day!"

My mom choked on her drink and I started laughing.

My wife's out of town, so I decided to setup a little project. You see, my wife claims I snore. So I put my camcorder on her end table and had it record me (with night vision). I also did this because I seem to move around a lot at night.

Well... I checked it this morning and although I didn't move much at all, I seem to snore like a somewhat irregular chainsaw.

The reminds me of a quote from one of my favourite author's books.

"A marriage is always made up of two people who are prepared to swear that only the other one snores."

~ Terry Pratchett, The Fifth Elephant
