If you are increasing your daily output make sure you are getting the proper nutrients, like t-mix is implying.

That box of timbits made me want to cry a little tear over home today...don't know why..

It's ok - me too - I am intrigued by the other Tim's products in teh background - were these from Christmas and why didn't my family tell me about them?????

What's NuvaRing? I took BC pills for years with no problem. But now that I'm older, I can't take any of them. It's always something no matter what brand I try. I had an IUD for a few years, but finally got rid of that because my periods were super, super heavy and I got tired of that. Right now we aren't really using anything besides condoms and luck. lol.

It's a hormonal ring that is inserted vaginally. I think it's got the same restrictions as for older women. If you liked your IUD other than the bleeding, you might consider the Mirena IUS, which has hormones that can eliminate periods altogether in some women.

I tried the Nuvaring for about 6 months - no obvious side effects initially until i realized 4 months in that I was an emotional wreck...made me super depressed and super b*tchy. Once I went off and back to BC pills (endometreosis prevention) I have been fine.

It was a cool product though, didn't find it too intrusive (wrong choice of words perhaps) but it wasn't for me - side effects are different for everyone of course

Technically I just used the word.. not talked about it :)

eating enough.. lets see.. I don't usually eat breakfast, just water and maybe a yoghurt.. and then for lunch, usually some pasta or a 1/2 sandwhich or something.. then perhaps a treat mid afternoon (sugary something) at evening I have a good sized meal.. veggies, meat etc.

I tried eating some no fat cottage cheese this am.. to try to increase protein first thing.. I dunno

Listen, I'm going to go there and beat you up! You HAVE to eat a better breakfast then that. That is not enough to sustain you through a morning work out and then until the afternoon.

Eat some fruit and maybe oatmeal too.

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

omg tmz has a picture of rihanna up :o

Sad sad sad. I hope she doesn't go back him.

I saw that last night. What a shame, I hope she has enough confidence in herself to leave. That douchebag will never live this down.

I was reading more of the stories and she said this has been on going. Ugh. She should have left a long time ago. :(

Yeah, I was j/k - but i'm sure you don't feel like kidding right now.

I'm not a breakfast eater either - well in general I never have been - but now I do eat breakfast around 10-11, I honestly haven't noticed any difference in weight or energy - but anyhoo.

The reason I asked is that when I used to diet really hard, I was so tired by evening that I would just go to bed. Honestly em, it doesn't sound like you are eating enough - why not up your calories for 2 or 3 days and see if that helps? :)

Well, I'm off for a romantic weekend away with my husband. We're going to the sunny side of the island for the weekend and getting out of this rain. Stopping at Hapuna Beach on the way then checking in to the hotel.

Tonight we're going on a Manta Ray night dive. I'm a little scared, even though I know they only eat plankton.

And I just got a call for an interview next week. Woot. This day is shaping up pretty good!

I just got an automated call from the gas company, confirming their appointment for tomorrow.. only thing is I never scheduled an appointment

so I went online to check and sure enough there was an appointment set up, something to do with lighting a pilot light... so it had the option to cancel it so I did..

that is so bizarre..

so today we get a letter in the mail from the management company stating that the gas company will be here on February 19th to inspect the wall heaters...etc... we either got this letter yesterday or today.. a little late don't you think? :P
