It is not yet Wednesday in California, but almost. I am up celebrating my finishing college... finally. I hope everyone has a great day and I hope those of you waiting for those visas get them soon!

Its wednsday, got the visa on monday, went to work yesterday; & I'm at work again today

I'm up too early! LOL... been awake since before 6am reading a magazine - go figure.... gonna try to leave early for work and take the dogs for a flea bath and wash the dog beds and sheets!!!

*for those who read abt my friend's dog's unexpected and quick death on Saturday, we found out what the problem was.... He (Doberman) had a congenital heart disease that was undiagnosed and they say often goes w/o symptoms or problems until, one day, they just suffer a heart attack and die.... like this one did. At least it was quick and relatively peaceful - and he was w/ his best buddy- my dog . Apparently this is a common problem in Dobermans and other large dogs....

So, Consulates, let's ring some phones, issue some visas (& NOA2's please ) and keep this ball rolling!

Oh yes I am & its not as easy as I thought, but I found some & might book one this afternoon. Gonna keep you updated. But for now, lets concentrate on those phones RINGING, visas ISSUED, & NOA2's

Hey yall. Happy Wed. Another day. hopefully it is going well for all of you. I am bored. but then again I am always bored. mine and G's 1st anni is this Sunday. We are going to stay at a hotel up in the mountains so it will be a little cooler and we are gonna have a nice romantic dinner, and then a room all to ourselves.........no privacy in this house so sunday will be fun. alrighty yall. take care!!!

Thanks so much for thinking of us and no, no good news. Its actually been nothing but disappointing news for 3 weeks. That is why I have not been around much, a bit depressed.

Twice now (since the first time) DOS has told me they were finished with everything, then turn around and tell me it is not. Today I was told by DOS that Casa has a hold on our case, for what reason they don't know and to call the Consulate.

So this morning I called Casa and the woman was extremely rude. She said it was still under processing for security clearances and she already told me that once. I tried to explain to her the first time I spoke with her was to know why they were giving the passport back and now is because DOS keeps telling me they are finished and to call Casa. She won't tell me why there is a hold (whatever that means), just that it's under processing and could take some time.

Just kills me this constant ####### of DOS saying it's Casa that is holding it up, Casa saying it's DOS. NO ONE will give a straight answer. In the meantime our petition expires in a month.

ps. Sorry for the rambling vent. Hope I didn't ruin the daily thread. Also, a little birdy told me you got your interview date. Am I right?
