CR-1 Questions

Hello to all fellow CR-1 Fillers,

I have decided to file for a CR-1 as I will be getting married soon, yes the marriage will be taking place in India on January 16th, and I am in the process of collecting all the documents so that as soon as I return I can mail all the required documents to the appropriate center.

I however am a little confused on the process after I-130 gets approved -

• When my wife prepares the following forms DS-3032 and DS-230 IV Package - After she has all the required documentation, where does she mail all the documentation? Will she get an Mailing address or some information that tells her to mail it to the required place? or does she send it to me and I mail the required documentation.

• While I prepare the I-864 AOS Package, after I complete and gather all the forms, where do I send this information to? Is it the NVC?

• Where do I mail the DS-3032, I believe this is a form that both the petitioner and the beneficiary fill out, and send it to the NVC? Is that Correct?

Do keep me posted, It would be very helpful to me.

The documents get mailed to the address specified by NVC when NVC sends out the DS-230 packet.

I-864 also gets sent to NVC.

DS-3032 also gets sent to NVC.

You may want to study Jame's shortcuts for when the time comes.
