Its been 51 days since I submitted the information requested on an RFE (missing g-325 was requested after initial interview) Was told that everything was pretty much approved during the interview. Only hold up was that the 325 form. Sent that in on Oct 25. Haven't heard anything since then.

I seriously don't think it should take this long. When I ask the idiots at USCIS they keep telling me that according to my case status, as of Jan 24, 2008 it is still being normally processed. ITS ALMOST A YEAR NOW.

I got lucky on my call with USCIS who took a service request even though it "technically" is still within normal processing times. (I said initial filing date was Dec 2007...she heard Jan 2007) So don't know what that will do for me but I am starting to lose patience.

Get an Infopass. If that doesn't do anything, get your senator involved. *crosses fingers for ya*

I highly doubt a lawyer will do anything.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

Yes schedule an infopass!

I would think a Lawyer is a waste of money and wont be of any help at this point.
