Hi Everyone!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that my fiance and I received our NOA2 approval on February 25th (we filed on December 1st)..........was not expecting any news til maybe late April or early May but it was only 85 days! :)

Hope you all get some speedy approvals, hang in there! :)

WOW!!! Congrats!!! that is awesome!!!

we have submitted ours on December 16th and still have not been touched or received NOA2. We are still waiting....

I hope we can get ours soon.... anything I can do to speed up the process?

Hooray! We got our NOA2. Dated March 3, 2009, although I received it today. Oddly, when I check the USCIS page, it isn't updated for my status. I had signed up for email alerts too, but received nothing. No matter, I have the beautiful I-797 Notice of Action and it reads "The above petition has been approved." Music to my ears!

So it took 85 days! We filed on December 5, and received our NOA1 on December 8.

wow.. that is awesome!!! when did you file for visa? I am still waiting and checking online everyday to see if there was any change made.

I guess I need to check my mail box as well just incase they did not update online status.

I hope it is in my mail box when I check tonight.

I was hoping to see NOA2 in the mail but I didnt see any mail from USCIS...

No status has changed online since December 18th and still waiting on NOA2. Hope everything is okay...

Your I-129f was approved in 72 days from your NOA1 date.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
