Hello All,

I am US citizen and future wife is Canadian. We filled for visa back in December 2008 thru California center and waiting for NOA2. Is California center faster than Vermont? My status has not yet changed since day that we have received NOA1. Should I be seeing "touched" or is this normal?

This is what I see online:

Just wanted to drop by and say hello! Hope everyone is doing well! I didn't get my NOA1 until Jan 14th but I sent my package in December...so I can hang out in both Dec and Jan...LOL.... Looks like December filers will be next hopefully...about 50% of November filers on VJ from CSC have been approved thus far! I can't believe we are half way through February already...it goes by so quickly! I hope the rest of this journey will be the same! Anyways, good luck to all and I can't wait to hear of some approvals soon!!

Nope haven't been touched since the 22nd of January...but that was due to change of address. Hey I noticed on your timeline you have Vancouver as your consulate! Looks like we might be going through the later stages (after NOA2) together! What province are you from?
