Cover letter for AOS package

Hey guys,

For the AOS package I am told i have to do a cover letter. what would that consist of? what would it say? what is the format? is there a special font? anything? what should i write in it? thanks for everyones help...

It's not a requirement, just a little organizational thing people sometimes add. No special font. They probably don't even read it.

The reason why I've always included cover letters with whatever I've sent either the USCIS or NVC is because I want them to know exactly what the package contains. That way, they'll at least know beforehand that everything needed has been included.
