I believe that by naming a son after a mass murderer removes all type of dignity that person has. It also a sign of being dishonored by the community, etc...

This guy said that he don't believe that the halocaust exist because he was not there. That was his reason for naming his son Adolf Hitler. He also believe that a name is just a name as he said during the radio interview a minutes ago. He is getting disability benefits because of his lung condition.

I believe this guy lack lots of social values to start with let alone raising a kid to go into the real world will also be detrimental to the kid psych which may lead to the kid growing into a messed up mentality.

LOL, so how did Hitler exist? He wasn't there for Hitler either. Maybe he has the same faith in Hitler existed that he has God exists.

I continue to think it is the richest irony that Hitler would not approve of him or his wife period as disabled persons. It would be a like a Jew for Hitler. Someone should send him the literature on that and marriage regulation in the Third Reich, but I guess you have to be able to read first to get it. They couldn't even spell Himmler right. The names outside of the obvious racist themes are some of the trashiest things I have seen. I feel so bad for those kids.

Good names for a trio of toddlers? Heath and Deborah Campbell think so. The Holland Township couple has picked those names and the oldest child, Adolf Hitler Campbell, turns 3 today.

This has given rise to a problem, because the ShopRite supermarket in Greenwich Township has refused to make a cake for young Adolf's birthday.

"We believe the request ... to inscribe a birthday wish to Adolf Hitler is inappropriate," said Karen Meleta, a ShopRite spokeswoman.

The Campbells turned down the market's offer to make a cake with enough room for them to write their own inscription and can't understand what all of the fuss is about.

This is why there should be some rules on what children can and cannot be named. It isn't the kid's fault that their parents are idiot racist chopf#cks. Their kids shouldn't be forced to wear such names. The parents should have changed their own names if they believed in the garbage so much.

I do think its pretty spectacular after having named their kids after infamous war criminals and white supremacist organisations that they are surprised and mortified by allegations of racism. I mean... seriously...

These parents are complete morons - treating their children not as real people but as pets or inanimate possessions.

Seatbelt laws are about cause and effect - intended to mitigate the damage done to you or others in the event of a road traffic accident.

What you name your children is an issue of free speech. The point is that for the vast majority of the country, this sort of thing just isn't an issue - certainly not to justify wholesale changes in the law. How is it really any different to naming a kid after Star Wars characters or naming a boy with a girl's name etc?

For the most part the social pressures against this kind of thing are enough to put all but the most idiotic off of doing it - because you run into problems like not being able to get birthday cakes made with that name, schools not accepting them, or even churches refusing to christen them. Its simply more trouble than its worth.

I suspect Adolf Hitler Campbell will end up going by Andrew Campbell or something similar.
