We applied for my wives AOS. Just received her EAD I want to apply for her advanced parole so we can go to the Philippines. is it true the cost of the AP is included with the AOS or do I need to pay for the AP separately ?

Yes AP is part of AOS fee.

If sending for AP after AOS, attach a copy of I-485 NOA1 letter to the I-131, and file the I-131 to the Chicago PO box where you filed I-485.

I think thats only if you apply for AP at the same time as AOS. You may want to check on it. When I filed ShaSha AOS we sent the AP with it at the same time.

I think thats only if you apply for AP at the same time as AOS. You may want to check on it. When I filed ShaSha AOS we sent the AP with it at the same time.

NO Fee if filed for With, or AFTER filing AOS, the instructions with form I-131 specifies if filing for after AOS to attach a copy of I-485 NOA1 letter, and to send the I-131 to the Chicago PO BOX.
