Hi guys and gals,

Im just trying to prepare myself now for when my fiance files for the K1 (decided to do this instead of a cr1)...

how far do all my medical records have to be?

I only have them from the last six years...

I tried calling my doctor from before that and they no longer have it on file since it was 5 years before that, that they saw me.

Is that gonna be a problem?

record of vaccinations.....
And only the foreign citizens vaccination records needed for later when adjusting status in the USA from the K-1 visa.

The records will be transferred to an I-693 by a US civil surgeon for AOS.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Yes, but how can I get a record of all my vaccinations if the doctor didnt have my file from when I was an infant until I was 15 (when I last saw them), then I switched doctors from when I was 20-26, and my records were never forwarded. Its that first doctor from when I was a child that doesnt have the records.

You could try contacting your old doctor. Depending on what province you're from, you could call Public Health, and see what kind of record they have. A last resort, and not a totally obscure one is to have a titre test done as ordered by your now doctor to find out what you're deficient in, or not having had, and then you'll know what you still need to get. Growing up in Canada, I'm sure you had all your childhood immunizations, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to attend school. You might need a booster of tetnus though.
