Hello there, I just want to ask how many months it will take to get the letter from the Embassy or from USCIS to my fiance since i got my letter from the USCIS last saturday that my application got approved. And is there any payments that we need to pay prior to his interview? aside from the physical exam, i wanted to know how much is the payment for the physical exam because i hired a lawyer to assist my fiance but she asked me some money before even thou my application is still on pending from that time and then again, and then she asked me again for that . I need really help to know about this. Hopefully someone can help me. I'm looking forward for reply. Thank you so much and Have a happy holidays. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPP

A K-Visa is non immigrant so the fee for a K-1 visa is $131, or equivalent in local currency.

Then you are dong an Immigrant CR-1 or IR-1 visa, YOU need to do a timeline and show what you filed for in profile.

Some consulates charge a finger print fee, and perhaps a visa mailing fee.

everything you need is here, fees and forms, my fiancee received her embassy packet about three weeks after I got my approval letter. good luck
